Q. How does subscription work?
A. This program operates quite similarly to Netflix DVD, with a few minor variations outlined below. This program lets you have 2 or 4 DVDs at a time for a flat monthly fee. Monthly fee includes all shipping cost. There is no late fee or due date. Simply add movies to your Movie Queue. We'll promptly send the first available titles from your queue along with a postage-paid return envelope. As soon as your returned movies reach us, we'll automatically dispatch the next films in your queue.
Q. How long does it take for the movies to arrive?

At present, we have only one shipping center in the San Francisco Bay Area. Until we establish additional shipping locations, those residing in the East Coast,the Midwest and the Southeast can expedite the delivery of their next queued movies by clicking the 'mailed back' button.
Q. How do I join?
A. To start your subscription, click 'Sign Up' and follow the instruction. After receving a subscription confirmation email, simply add movies to your queue.
Q. How do I cancel?
A.
Remember, you can cancel your membership whenever you wish. To do so, simply inform us through chat or email. If not cancelled, your membership will renew automatically each month.
Q. Do you rent DVDs without subscription?
A. Yes, we also provide Pay per Rental option.
