The 87th Precinct is known for its tough corner of crime. And no one knows that better than detective Steve Carella. For Carella and the other detectives of the 87th Precinct, life on the job is merely a reflection of their troubled private lives.
So when a vicious serial killer begins to threaten the private lives they aim to protect, it's up to the detectives of the 87th to solve the murders and stop the killer before another body ends up in the morgue.
