Bonanza- The Blood Lin

One of television's long-running westerns, Bonanza was the arche-type of the "property" western that dominated the genre during the 60's. Set in Virginia City, Nevada, it told the story of the Cartwrights, owners of a nearly 600,000 acre ranch - The Ponderosa (Named after the ponderosa pines growing there).
