Jeff Dugan (Michael Brandon), L.A.'s top rock deejay and program director, will do anything in the name of rock 'n' roll.He presides over an eclectic "family" of co-workers that has blasted QSKY's popularity with listeners into the stratosphere.

Despite his successful operational format, Dugan is hit with a blizzard of static when the station's money-hungry corporate officers intervene and attempt to pull the plug on his maverick style.In retaliation, OSKY's deejays lock the doors, pump up the volume and spin a renegade revolt underscored by a non-stop rock 'n' roll beat!FM reverberates with raucous comedy, chart-topping music and a breezy style of entertainment all its own.
