Shaw veteran Ku Feng raises orphans to be his personal killers.But one orphan (Alexander Fu Sheng) starts to question his role in life.This leads to him becoming a marked man.
Joined by a lone warrior (Ti Lung), the pair go to stamp out the plague that the King Eagle has unleashed on the world.
