Volume 1: The Old Post Road
This famous road connected 17th century Manhattan with Boston. Mile after mile of untamed wilderness, far-flung towns and settlements depended on the Old Post Road for supplies and the mail they brought.

Volume 2: The Great Wagon Road and the Wilderness Trail
The Great Wagon Road carried the hopeful settlers out of Philadelphia and into the wilds of Pennsylvania and West Virginia. The Wilderness Trail was originally the Warrior's Path and its 1000-mile length traversed the Shenandoah Valley on into untamed Kentucky.
