Rare Performances 1968-1978

Muddy Waters was the father of the "Chicago blues sound." His achievement was more than an electrical amplification of the blues. He extended the solo player's feeling and emotion to an ensemble attack, creating a distinctly American music that dominated popular culture in the latter half of the twentieth century. Rare electric performances recorded for German television from 1968-1978 by the most recognized name in the blues world.
