Road To Bali (United American)

This hilarious sixth installment of the "Road" pictures teams Hope and Crosby with Dorothy Lamour, this time in Technicolor. The comedy duo play vaudevillians who are run out of town to avoid a double wedding. Finding employment as deep-sea divers in the South Seas, they sail to an island where they meet the wealthy Lamour. Her treasure is threatened, but Hope and Crosby come to her aid, in the process fighting wild animals, cannibals, crazed women and a giant squid. Physical comdey, great jokes and cameo appearances by Martin & Lewis and Jane Russell make this a fun filled adventure.
