Sanji Ray, a former Indian Secret Service Agent, has taken up residence in New York City. While making his living as a Private Detective, he begins to notice a surge of unfamiliar faces entering his neighborhood. Hired to find the murderer of an Indian cook found floating in the East River, Sanji stumbles upon a vast conspiracy to unleash the Middle East's most lethal biological weapon. With the help of a burned out homicide detective and a legendary British MI-6 agent, he sets out to thwart a plot by the all but unknown Al-Qaeda to annihilate New York City.
