Mail Call: The Best of Season 1

What makes them the best?...We said so Maggot!

We're going to give you a second chance, so pay attention. Want to know how grenade launchers work? Why World War I German helmets had that spike on the top? How the tank got its name? Those are just the sort of civilian questions that retired Marine Sergeant, drill instructor, Vietnam veteran, and actor R. Lee Ermey (Apocalypse Now, Full Metal Jacket) tackles in Mail Call.

Whether you've never missed a minute or were AWOL for the whole first season, the seven favorite episodes on this attitude packed DVD have something for every military nut, history buff, and gear-head. R. Lee is at his in-your-face best, calling out viewers, enlisting the help of top military experts, and heading to the firing range to demonstrate a vast arsenal of deadly hardware from the past and present.
