Some people are just nuts about movies! In this hilarious offbeat comedy in the tradition of Bowfinger, William Shatner stars as Harvey Wilkes, a mental ward escapee with a script he'd really love to see made. Armed with a pistol he doesn't quite know how to shoot, Wilkes commanders a film production, challenging the film's schlock producer (Harry Hamlin) and hapless director (Scott Rinker) to turn his script into a film - or else!
