Best friends Bell and Belle are tired of just killing time, throwing back margaritas in their trailer park, waiting for something-anything-to happen. Determined to start new lives in the big city of Atlanta, they plot a series of half baked money making schemes to help fund their adventure. But their plans get unexpectedly derailed when Bell falls for a handsome police officer named Rhett Butler.
