Song of the South (1946) depicts the adventures of a young boy named Johnny who, while visiting his grandmother's plantation in the southern United States, forms a deep bond with Uncle Remus, an African-American storyteller who shares enchanting tales of Br'er Rabbit and his countryside escapades.
