Citizen Toxie: The Toxic Avenger IV (2000) features the return of the titular superhero, Toxie, who must defend his town of Tromaville from new threats after a catastrophic explosion creates a parallel universe. The film is a mix of absurd humor, over-the-top action, and classic Troma-style gore.
