In the martial arts film 'Operation Scorpio' (1991), a young comic book artist named Yuk wrestles with his aspirations and the harsh realities of life under a corrupt regime. When he becomes involved with a group of rebels, Yuk must harness his latent kung fu skills to fight against oppression and injustice.
