The One and Only, Genuine, Original Family Band is a musical film set in the late 19th century, where a musical family moves to the Dakota Territory to support the Democratic presidential campaign of Grover Cleveland, only to find themselves in a town deeply divided politically. Amid the tensions, the family's music and spirit bring the community together.
