Third Man on the Mountain (1959) follows the story of Rudi Matt, a young Swiss boy who dreams of following in his late father's footsteps to become a mountaineer and conquer the treacherous mountain, the Citadel. With determination and the help of experienced climbers, Rudi faces physical and mental challenges that test his passion and resolve.
