In a dystopian America where an annual 12-hour period of lawlessness known as 'The Purge' takes place, a presidential candidate must survive the night while navigating the dangers that come with her anti-Purge stance. As violence erupts, she forms unlikely alliances to fight for her life and her campaign's mission to end the Purge permanently.
